Humanity is messy and the simplest way to embrace it is by connecting to each other. This means no other thing than seeing ourselves and one another as we truly are.

When we create the conditions for this to happen (in our lives or workspaces) it feels easier to show up for each other, to work from our differences instead of against them, to accept feedback, to face uncertainty as a team, and to work togethers to make a vision happen. We  feel alive and fulfilled with our work and lives instead of drained.  

Yes, It requires a new approach to leadership. One that is rooted in how we are as humans. 

Living, leading and working this way requires courage and commitment but it is also a great way to contribute to our lives and the world. It’s a powerful form of leadership and the best part is that everyone can grow into it because we already have everything we need. 

My work is the result of an intuitive, messy and imperfect journey filled with curiosity, deep connection, and hard work. I bring my full heart to my work (as well as my diverse experience)  to guide leaders and organizations be, live and work in a more human way, with all the messiness that it brings and to grow the business from a life centered perspective. 

The work I do can take many forms. You can find me designing systems or tools to evolve org strategy and culture, leading and facilitating creative and offsite experiences, Also through Heartbeats (my labor of love) I also create moments of silence and radical presence to celebrate human connection 

I bring a strategic, spiritual and uplifting approach.

I believe in the power of people and the need for organizations and society to make space and nurture environments for people to live, lead and work in a more human way. It’s about reclaiming our highest human capacities like trust, inquiry, kindness, presence  or creativity so we can evolve our culture and our impact: each of us as humans and together as communities or organizations.
