Hi! I’m Pilu,

I work with leaders, teams and organizations to shape the conditions for new ways of working and being within a company. So, I hold space for people to honestly connect to themselves, each other and collectively to the organization (and life) by cultivating creativity, presence, and honest conversation while working towards the impact and growth of the business.

I’m a multidisciplinary strategist with 15 years of experience. I was born and raised in Spain. I’ve lived and worked in London, Chicago and now I’m back in Madrid, my hometown.

My background is very diverse from Advertising to Entrepreneurship.

I spent  the last few years exploring and experimenting on how to create gatherings and experiences that celebrate human connection. I did that work in different forms: A social impact hub: The Feast Chicago, crafting and facilitating the series “Curated Conversations” to recover the art of conversation, designing and leading Learning experiences that go beyond the classroom at Experience Institute Chicago.

This exposure to different ways of working and thinking shaped my understanding of people and approach to work, and my practice is driven by a deep sense of curiosity (and humanity).

My approach is strategic, humane and uplifting and, though it can take many forms, the core is always the same: humanizing business.  

I blend my experience and learnings from different disciplines such as design strategy, creative thinking or spirituality so together, we can go further in our way of thinking, being and doing to have more freedom and aliveness in our lives and therefore more impact in our work and business.
