I focus on the business (growth) strategy and impact. Then I design (or co-design) and implement strategies, tools, rituals or systems with high impact on the Organization’s Culture to to evolve their leadership, culture and strategy and build new ways of being and work within the company.

I craft experiences to shake big and small audiences up by sharing a moment of calm and connection. It’s an immersed performance customized for the specific needs of the team or organization.
