When I work with leaders, teams and organizations. I focus on the business (growth) strategy and impact. From there I design and implement strategies, tools, rituals or systems with high impact in the Organization’s Culture to help the company achieve its mission while keeping humanity at the core of it. 

I align my tools, exercises and sessions with the company’s purpose, vision, values and objectives (and OKRS) of the company.

I have a specific process (inner, outer, beyond) and I use tools I designed as well as others from different disciplines. I hold space for people to inquiry, see each other through the power of presence so they can challenge what they know (or they believe they know) to make right decisions and scale the vision of the organization.
