Experience & Programs design.

They are experiential gatherings crafted specifically for each organization or team. They are aligned with the values, purpose and objectives of the company and I usually focus on facing an existing challenge or deepen into a topic or issue the client has.  The work may take many forms from inspirational tours, “rituals design” to ensure the delivery of the purpose, internalizing or defining values, a caring program or leadership sessions. 

During these sessions we unleash human connection and strengthen the relationship with themselves, the organization and the world (life)

What I bring:

  • An experience designed specificly for the needs of the organization and team.

  • From 4 hours to 2 days of Interactive work: strategic, spiritual and/or creative exercises 

  • Space for reflection, honest conversation and facilitated exercises to internalize and find ways to make vision actionable. 

  • Follow up with me on 1:1 if needed. 

  • Guidance and support with experiences, programs and workshops that involve more than one facilitator / speaker. I design with you the different interactions and pauses. As well as the rituals, encounters and language that would help connect your vision and objectives with people.
