Hi! I’m Pilu.

I work with leaders, teams and organizations to build new ways of working and being within a company.

I hold space for people to honestly connect to themselves, each other and collectively to the organization (and life). I do this by cultivating creativity, reflection, presence, and honest conversations while working towards the impact and growth of the business.

This is how I see it:

I stand for real connection as a way to build a more human way of working, living and being. I also believe that the way to get there is by going deep and real about ourselves and the work we do. As leaders, teams or organizations. 

When we create the conditions for this to happen (in our lives or workspaces) it feels easier to work towards a vision even during uncertain times. We unleash the courage to show up for each other, to work from our differences instead of against them and to create ways to make an impact that is honest and sustainable. 

It is not “magic” and there’s no formula. It’s about reclaiming our highest human capacities like trust, inquiry, love, presence or creativity so we can evolve our culture and our impact: each of us as humans and together as communities or organizations. 

Living, leading and working this way demands a way of leadership that is rooted in how we are as humans. It also requires courage and commitment to rethink the systems needed to support this way of working and being. And it is a great way to contribute to our lives and world. 

My work is the result of an intuitive, messy and imperfect journey filled with curiosity, deep connection, and hard work. I bring my full heart to what I do (as well as my diverse experience)  to guide leaders and organizations be, live and work in a more human way, with all the messiness that it brings. Together we can grow the business from a life centered perspective.

I come to you as a culture & leadership consultant, design strategist, experience designer & creative facilitator. Through Heartbeats Lab (my labor of love) I also create moments of silence and radical presence that celebrate Human Connection.

How we can work together

  • AS A CULTURE DESIGNER & LEADERSHIP CONSULTANT

    As a consultant I work with the whole organization to evolve the strategy and culture during times of transformation. I do that by unleashing the creative and collective potential of the company.

    I design and implement strategies, tools, rituals or systems.

    I also design experiences that shift mindsets and behaviors while I focus on the business (growth) strategy and impact.

    These are mid to long term projects.

  • AS AN EXPERIENCE & PROGRAM DESIGNER

    I work with leaders and teams to design experiential encounters that aim to shift mindsets and activate leadership skills.

    They are aligned with the values, purpose and objectives of the company. I craft them for each organization.

    My broad experience in different disciplines gave me the opportunity to develop a personal approach to 1:1 sessions.

    I guide leaders through their journey with the intention of unleashing their inner greatness. This way, they connect with joy, freedom, creativity and clarity with who they are, and the work they do. So their impact is greater.

    Simple and short interventions, yet powerful. This broadens a vision, deepens leadership skills, internalizes values, creates spaces for reflection or show new possibilities.
