When I work with leaders, teams and organizations. I focus on the business (growth) strategy and impact. From there I design and implement strategies, tools or systems with high impact in the Organization’s Culture to help the company achieve its mission while keeping humanity at the core of it. 

I align my tools, exercises and sessions with the company’s purpose, vision, values and objectives (and OKRS) of the company. 

I have a specific process to ensure I hold space for people to inquiry and see each other through the power of presence so they can challenge what they know (or they believe they know) to make right decisions and scale the vision of the organization. 

During these sessions we unleash human connection and strengthen the relationship with themselves, the organization and the world (life) 

I blend tools and exercises I designed (creative, spiritual, strategic…) with well known dynamics and the creative intelligence of the team. 

Tams leave feeling alive and with a clear vision of their capacity to grow and impact. 

The Talks

They are experiential gatherings crafted specifically for each organization or team. They are aligned with the values, purpose and objectives of the company and I usually focus on facing an existing challenge or deepen into a topic or issue the client has.  The work may take many forms from inspirational tours, “rituals design” to ensure the delivery of the purpose, internalizing or defining values, a caring program or leadership sessions.

Culture Design & Leadership

I craft experiences to shake big and small audiences up by sharing a moment of calm and connection. It’s an immersed performance customized for the specific needs of the team or organization.

My broad experience in different disciplines gave me the opportunity to develop a personal approach to 1:1 sessions. I guide individuals through their leadership journey with the only intention of unleashing your inner greatness and accompany you in your journey so you can have more joy, freedom and liveness in what you do and therefore more and better impact. 

The Encounters

The One on Ones

They are simple and short yet powerful gatherings to broaden a vision, deepen leadership skills, internalize values, space for reflection, face a specific issue or conversation or show new possibilities. 

They usually take the form of interventions during a specific creative or transformational process where the management team wants to make sure teams are being taken care of and they are having the space to reflect and connect with the vision, values or a specific topic / issue.

They can take many forms:  from specific sessions, to guided conversations, ritual design. All from different perspectives: strategic, spiritual and human.
